Catholic Education, Archdiocese of Canberra & Goulburn plays an integral role in education both in the ACT and NSW operating 56 Schools and 8 Early Learning Centres.

Working as part of the Information and Communication Technology Team and reporting to the Service Desk Manager you will provide quality ICT support to our school network and corporate office with the majority of support provided remotely in partnership with existing teams and ICT technical resources.

As a Technical Support Officer, you will be a client centric professional with proven experience in IT/Technology applications and infrastructure implementation or support within a complex and multifaceted environment. You will be a quick learner and strong communicator with well-developed relationship skills, with an ability to translate complex ICT or technical changes into straight forward and practical advice.

You will be known for your ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, with the skills to diagnose and remedy faults and problems with IT equipment and applications in a timely manner. Experience in IT Administration of School System Solutions is desirable, but not essential.

Qualifications in Information Technology or similar would be highly regarded.

Please note that this is a 2 year fixed term position until February 2022.
