About the Role   

The Administration Officer provides essential support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the school’s daily activities. In this role, you will deliver high-quality administrative and clerical assistance to staff, students, and families, managing enquiries, correspondence, records, and office systems with accuracy and professionalism. You will help coordinate events, appointments, and resources, supporting both educational and operational priorities. As a key member of the administration team, you’ll contribute to a welcoming, organised, and service-focused environment that reflects the values and culture of the school.

Qualifications  

  • ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
  • Diploma or Certificate IV in Business Administration 
  • First Aid Certificate
