About the Role
The Classroom Support Assistant Level 5 is an integral member of the Inclusive Education Team, working collaboratively with teachers to ensure all students with diverse learning needs can access and participate fully in the curriculum and school activities. CSAs provide individual and small-group support, assist in implementing learning and teaching strategies, and help maintain an engaging, safe, and supportive classroom environment. They contribute to students’ academic progress, social development, and independence through tasks such as preparing learning materials, assisting with personal care, and supporting students during excursions, sporting events, and other school activities. Positions are available at the Padua Campus (Years 7–9, Wanniassa) and St Peter’s Campus (Years 10–12, Isabella Plains), with regular attendance at cross-campus Inclusive Learning Support meetings required.
