Salary Range: $82,796 to $136,848 plus superannuation. Salary is determined based on years of teaching service.  
Employment Status: Full-time

About the Role    

The role of a Classroom Teacher is both dynamic and rewarding, offering the chance to make a genuine impact on the lives of young people every day. As a teacher, you will inspire curiosity, build confidence, and foster a love of learning through engaging, well-structured lessons that cater to diverse student needs. Beyond academic outcomes, you play a vital role in shaping students’ social, emotional, and personal development, creating a safe and supportive environment where they can thrive. This position also allows you to bring your creativity, subject expertise, and passion for education into the classroom, while developing professionally through collaboration, innovation, and continuous growth in your teaching practice.

This appointment is temporary to replace an employee who is on leave or secondment.

Qualifications  

  • Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching 
  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) clearance 
  • Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration
