About the Role 

The Coordinator - Head of House is a key member of the Pastoral Care Team, responsible to the Principal through the Assistant Principal Mission and Culture for providing leadership in the pastoral care of students within their assigned House, in line with College policies. In this role, they lead, plan, and implement the Pastoral Program, building the capacity of Pastoral Care Teachers to deliver it effectively. They ensure that the College’s commitment to learning and wellbeing is consistently upheld and responsive to student needs, while overseeing the leadership, development, and administration of high-quality, pastorally focused teaching and learning across the College.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching
  • ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
  • ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration
