About Us  

Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CECG) plays an integral role in education in the ACT and NSW, operating 56 Schools and nine Early Learning Centres (ELCs). The Catholic Education Office (CEO) provides corporate services Schools and ELCs.   

The CEO provides corporate services to the CECG system of Schools and ELCs. These Service Areas include; Education and Performance Improvement, Catholic Identity, School and Family Services, Strategy and Special Projects, Finance and Infrastructure, Information and Communication Technology and People and Culture. 

About the Role  

The Senior Enrolment Officer is responsible for managing and continuously improving enrolment systems and processes to ensure a seamless experience for schools and families. The Senior Enrolment Officer requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders, ability to provide expert advice on policy and process changes, and a commitment to delivering accurate data and responsive support. They will play a key role in integrating systems, managing regulatory data collections, and providing clear reporting on data to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enhance the online enrolment system, improving accessibility, usability, and incorporating user feedback.
  • Provide expert advice and build strong relationships with service areas to implement changes across enrolment processes, policies, systems, and communication materials.
  • Oversee the enrolment helpdesk, ensuring timely responses to queries and complaints, managing dispute resolution via the Enrolment Review Committee.
  • Partner with ICT Team and schools to integrate enrolment data into the Student Information System, including data cleansing and process improvements.
  • Coordinate regulatory data collections (census, student address, background, attendance), ensuring data validation, delivering training, developing SOPs, while improving training curriculum.

Qualifications   

  • Relevant business administration qualifications appropriate to the above role are desirable.
  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) and Working with Children’s Check (WWCC) registrations
  • Driver’s License.
