We are seeking a dynamic and committed person, to join our community as a Library Support Assistant (CSA) commencing in Semester One 2025.
The Library Support Assistant (Level 5) position plays a key role in supporting the Teacher Librarian in providing quality library information services to support the teaching and learning capacity for teachers and students.
The Library Assistant will play a pivot role in supporting the delivery of Library services to staff and students across the college. They will support the Teacher Librarian in creating an inviting, inclusive and engaging place for the entire School community. This includes through their everyday interaction with students, providing support to our teachers inside and outside of the classroom and creating engaging displays to encourage students to try different genres, titles and mediums, and by fostering a culture of reading for pleasure.

Qualifications
- Completion of Certificate IV in School-Based Education Support; or
- Third year or final year of study and completion of the practicum in a relevant initial teacher education (ITE) qualification.
- Working with Children’s Check (WWCC) and/or Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration.
