About the Role
The Classroom Support Teacher, alongside the Principal and Executive Team, leads Inclusive Education by collaborating with staff to design and implement effective teaching and intervention strategies that support diverse learners. The Classroom Support Teacher ensures that student learning is sustained over time, regularly monitoring progress and adjusting strategies to maintain academic growth. Their approach aligns with current curriculum standards and legislative requirements, while also being tailored to the individual learning profiles, strengths, and challenges of each student. This ensures that all students receive equitable opportunities to engage with the curriculum and achieve meaningful educational outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Teaching or Master in Teaching.
- Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration.
- Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration.
