About the Role
The Classroom Support Assistant plays a key role in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment by working alongside teachers to ensure all students can fully engage in classroom and school life. This role involves providing targeted support to individuals and small groups, adapting learning activities, and encouraging strategies that promote confidence, independence, and social-emotional development. Collaboration is central to this position, working closely with teaching staff to implement personalised adjustments that help students reach their academic potential and actively participate in the school community.

Qualifications
- Certificate III in School-Based Education Support; or
- Studying an Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching; and
- ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration.
