About Us  

Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CECG) provides education in both the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and New South Wales (NSW). CECG covers 88,000 square kilometres in the ACT and in NSW extends from Pambula on the south coast to Crookwell in the north and to the western point of Lake Cargelligo. CECG operates 56 schools and nine early learning centres (ELCs) and is responsible for educating over 22,000 students. CECG also employs over 4,000 professionals who are the driving force behind our education system.   

The Catholic Education Office (CEO) provides corporate services to the CECG system of schools and ELCs. The Service Areas of the CEO include Education and Performance Improvement, Catholic Identity, School and Family Services, Strategy and Special Projects, Finance and Infrastructure, Information and Communication Technology and People and Culture.  

About the Role  

The Infrastructure Services Officer – Identity and Access Management will provide operational support for CECG’s identity and access management systems, including OKTA, Entra, and Active Directory. This role involves managing the identity lifecycle and ensuring seamless account provisioning and issue resolution. Additionally, you will serve as the primary support contact for the ICT team, delivering expert assistance across all identity and access management systems and processes.

Qualifications  

  • Highly desirable: Diploma of Information, equivalent formal qualification and/or working experience in similar role. 
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Level 2 technical support. 
  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) and Working with Children’s Check (WWCC) registrations. 
  • Driver’s License.
