Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CECG) provides education in the ACT and NSW, operating 56 Schools and nine Early Learning Centres (ELCs).
The Catholic Education Office within CECG provides corporate services to the CECG system of Schools and ELCs. The CEO Service Areas include, Education and Performance Improvement, Catholic Identity, School and Family Services, Strategy and Special Projects, Finance and Infrastructure, Information and Communication Technology and People and Culture.
The School Support Officer optimises the use of CECG's School Information System (SIS) through provision of expert guidance to school administration and teaching staff across Archdiocesan schools. This includes through structured training programs, on-site school visits, and dedicated help desk support. The School Support Officer also supports with the Catholic Education Office (CEO) Service Areas, assisting with policy, operational service delivery, the help desk and training initiatives. Qualifications
- Qualification in Information Technology and/or Education, or equivalent work experience.
- Driver's License.
- Working with children and vulnerable people clearances in NSW and ACT
- ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP)
- NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
