About the Role
As an HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering essential HR support and advice to stakeholders across CECG. Working under broad direction, you will work closely with the HR Business Partner team across all aspects of HR.
Key responsibilities include handling and resolving general HR enquiries, supporting employee relations and performance management processes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
About Us
Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CECG) plays an integral role in education in the ACT and NSW, operating 56 Schools and nine Early Learning Centres (ELCs). The Catholic Education Office (CEO) provides corporate services Schools and ELCs.
The CEO provides corporate services to the CECG system of Schools and ELCs. These Service Areas include; Education and Performance Improvement, Catholic Identity, School and Family Services, Strategy and Special Projects, Finance and Infrastructure, Information and Communication Technology and People and Culture.
