About the Role
This position combines K–2 Music teaching and K–6 Classroom Teaching. The Teacher will demonstrate strong teaching skills and a deep understanding of the music curriculum. Through employing a wide range of student-centred approaches, including High Impact Teaching Practices (HITP), the successful applicant will become part of a dedicated and supportive Leadership Team that prioritises the growth and well-being of both staff and students to enhance student learning outcomes. The Music Teacher will be instrumental in delivering an engaging K-2 music program, utilising musical experiences aligned with the V9 curriculum.
This appointment is temporary to replace an employee who is on parental leave. The incumbent is entitled to return earlier to their substantive position in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Teaching or Master in Teaching.
- Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration.
- Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration.
