About the Role 

As a Visual Arts and Media Teacher, you inspire creativity and engage students by fostering artistic expression and visual literacy through innovative teaching strategies and diverse media. You'll nurture critical and creative thinking by designing dynamic learning experiences that explore both traditional and contemporary art forms. Through regular assessment and constructive feedback, you support students in refining their technical skills and conceptual understanding, while maintaining organised records to track their progress. We are committed to your professional growth, offering opportunities for collaboration with colleagues and engagement with families, ensuring you can thrive as an educator while empowering students on their creative journeys.

Qualifications  

  • Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching
  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP)
  • Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) accreditation
