About the Role
The Teaching and Learning Coordinator combines classroom teaching with leadership responsibilities focused on improving teaching and learning across the school. The Coordinator will lead the integration of assessment data into teaching practice to improve student outcomes. They will support teachers through coaching and mentoring, using the AITSL standards to guide professional growth from early career to Highly Accomplished and Lead Teacher levels. Key responsibilities include leading curriculum implementation, monitoring teaching programs and working closely with staff and school leadership to ensure high-quality teaching and a consistent focus on student achievement.
This appointment is temporary to replace an employee who is on leave or secondment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching.
- ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP).
- Teacher Quality Institute (TQI).
