About the Role 

The Office Manager oversees the financial and administrative operations of our Before and After School Care (BASC) program. This position will be responsible for managing billing, payments, and invoicing, as well as maintaining accurate financial records. In addition to financial management, the role includes handling general administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to parent inquiries, maintaining student and parent records, and assisting with the preparation and distribution of newsletters.

This appointment is temporary to replace an employee who is on leave or secondment.

Qualifications  

  • Business/management or administrative qualifications to the level of Cert IV and/or with 3-5 years relevant work experience.
  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP).
  • Certificates in First Aid (HLTAID004) & Asthma and Anaphylaxis (desirable).
