St Mary MacKillop College is Canberra’s largest secondary school, operating across two campuses. Years 7 to 9 are based on the Padua Campus (Wanniassa) and Years 10 to 12 are based on the St Peter’s Campus (Isabella Plains). The Executive Assistant to the School Principal is a critical administrative position assisting the Principal to ensure the effective running of the College across two campuses. The role will serve as the primary point of contact for the Principal acting as a liaison between the Principal and staff, students, parents and other stakeholders. The role also works closely with the Campus Heads in managing the recruitment process of teaching staff. Given the nature of the work, the Executive Assistant will occasionally be required to work outside of regular office hours and across both campuses to meet the needs of the school.

Qualifications
- Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP).
- Relevant Diploma or Certificate IV with relevant work experience.
- First Aid Certificate or the willingness to obtain one.
