About the Role  

The Executive Support Officer is a key member of the Strategy team and plays an important role in supporting the implementation of the Archdiocesan Vision for Catholic Schools. This position provides high-level executive and project support to the service area and senior executives, contributing to the successful delivery of key strategic initiatives across the system. The role is responsible for ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality administrative support, along with offering informed advice to aid in the achievement of strategic goals.
 
About Us  

The Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CECG) provides education in the ACT and NSW, operating 56 Schools and nine Early Learning Centres (ELCs). The Catholic Education Office (CEO) provides corporate services to Schools and ELCs across seven Service Areas including: Education and Performance Improvement; Catholic Identity; School and Family Services; Strategy and Special Projects; Finance and Infrastructure; Information and Communication Technology; and People and Culture.

Qualifications  

  • Tertiary qualifications in a business-related degree or extensive experience working in a similar role.
  • ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) and NSW Working with Children’s Check (WWCC) registrations.
  • Driver’s Licence
