About the Role
The Academic Progress and Wellbeing Coordinator, known internally as the Leader of Learning, Academic Progress and Wellbeing, plays a key role in supporting student achievement and holistic development across Years 7 to 12. As a member of the College Curriculum Forum, this role leads the development and delivery of programs that build critical and creative thinking, guide senior study preparation, and support individual learning needs. The role is responsible for using academic and wellbeing data to inform interventions, oversee assessment and reporting processes, manage special provisions, and ensure compliance with the ACT Board of Senior Secondary Studies requirements. By working in close partnership with teachers, pastoral leaders, students and families, this position helps foster a culture of academic integrity, inclusion, and continuous improvement, ensuring every student is supported to thrive both in their learning and wellbeing.
This appointment is temporary to replace an employee who is on parental leave. The incumbent is entitled to return earlier to their substantive position in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009.
