About the Role

The purpose of this Administration role is to ensure that the integrity of student and staff data is recorded and maintained to the highest standard. We are seeking a colleague who has the capacity to build strong and effective relationships with teachers, general employees and the Executive Team. The duties include assisting with Timetabling, Reporting, Parent/Teacher Interviews, Course Counselling Appointments, Enrolments, Subject Selections and data base management. The specific duties include maintaining student attendance records, and ensuring that proper procedures are used to communicate with staff and parents about relevant student matters using the student management system Compass.

Qualifications

  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration.
  • First Aid qualification or willingness to obtain.
