About the Role
The Administration Officer (First Aid and Student Services) is a key member of the school’s front office team, providing both administrative support and dedicated first aid care to both students and staff. This position is responsible for a range of key administrative tasks, including reception duties, attendance monitoring, data entry, and communication with families. In addition, maintaining student records and provides first aid support, acting as the first point of contact for students requiring care throughout the school day. The Administration Officer ensures the smooth operation of the sick bay while maintaining efficient administrative systems that support the school’s overall operational processes.
Applicants should note that this is a student-facing First Aid and Student Services role with regular sick bay duties and is not purely an administrative office position.
