About the Role   

The Administration Officer is responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to ensure the effective operation of the school. This position manages a range of administrative functions, including responding to enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating office processes to support staff, students, and families. The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a professional and efficient manner. By delivering consistent and reliable administrative services, the Administration Officer contributes to the overall effectiveness of the school and supports the achievement of its strategic and educational objectives.

Qualifications  

  • NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) registration
  • First Aid qualification or willingness to obtain.
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience.
