About the Role   

The Administration Officer plays a key role in providing professional and efficient administrative support within a busy school environment. This position is responsible for managing and distributing incoming mail, maintaining accurate filing systems, and operating a range of office equipment, including photocopiers, scanners, binding and franking machines. As the first point of contact for many enquiries, the officer will deliver courteous and responsive customer service to students, parents, staff and the wider community through both written and verbal communication. The Administration Officer assist with the distribution of student medication and first aid needs.

Qualifications and Eligibility 

  • ACT Working with Vulnerable People clearance (WWVP)
  • Certificate III, IV or Diploma in a related field or experience in an administrative role
  • First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Accreditation in accordance with Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn policy
