About the Role 

The Administration Officer plays a key role in supporting the efficient daily operations of the College. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate attendance records, managing correspondence, and delivering high‑quality administrative support to staff, students, and families. As the first point of contact for enquiries, the Administration Officer upholds a professional and welcoming presence while responding to a broad range of requests and providing reliable assistance across the school community.

Qualifications 

  • ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
  • First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent relevant work experience
