About the Role
As the Assistant Principal, you will work closely with the Principal to support the school's mission, vision, and strategic goals. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a positive school culture, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning, and driving continuous improvement in student achievement. You will play an instrumental role in collaborative decision-making and strategic planning to enhance school effectiveness; overseeing and supporting instructional programs, ensuring they align with curriculum standards and best practices; monitoring and evaluating teaching methodologies; providing constructive feedback and professional development opportunities for staff and analysing student performance data to guide instructional improvements and intervention strategies.
This appointment is temporary to replace an employee who is on secondment.

Qualifications
Bachelor or Master of Teaching.
Teaching Quality Institute (TQI) registration.
Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration.
Postgraduate qualification in Religious Education or Theological Studies or the willingness to undertake.
Academic qualifications additional to initial teacher education (Master’s Degree or five-year equivalent).
