About the Role
St Francis Xavier College is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to join our Executive Team and lead the strategic management of finance, human resources, facilities, and governance. This is a pivotal role supporting the Principal in delivering the College’s mission and ensuring operational excellence across all non-teaching domains.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic financial leadership, including budgeting, reporting, and risk management.
Oversee HR operations: recruitment, performance development, and staff wellbeing.
Manage College facilities, capital projects, and asset maintenance.
Ensure compliance with WHS, cyber security, and governance standards.
Engage with stakeholders including the College Community Council and external partners.

Qualifications
Relevant tertiary qualifications and registration in a relevant field (CPA/CA, accounting, HR and/or Educational Administration) or demonstrated equivalent experience, knowledge, and skills within a similar role; and
Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration.
