About the Role 

The Classroom Support Assistant (CSA) plays an important role in helping create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. The CSA works closely with teachers to support students, especially those with diverse learning needs. This includes providing direct support to individuals and small groups, adjusting learning tasks where needed, and using strategies that help students build confidence, independence, and social skills. The CSA helps make sure all students can take part in classroom activities and reach their learning goals.

Qualifications  

  • Willingness to complete of Certificate III in School-Based Education Support is desirable.
  • Working with Children’s Check (WWCC) registrations.
