Salary Range: $82,796 to $136,848 full-time equivalent plus superannuation. Salary is determined based on years of teaching service.

About the Role

As a Classroom Teacher, you will design and deliver engaging, curriculum‑aligned lessons that respond to individual learning needs. You will assess student progress, provide meaningful feedback, and contribute to shared curriculum planning. Your commitment to contemporary practice and professional growth will support high‑quality learning for all students.

This appointment is temporary as it is to replace an employee who is on parental leave and the incumbent is entitled to return to work early in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009.

Qualifications and Eligibility

  • Bachelor of Teaching/Education or Master of Teaching
  • ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
  • ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration
  • Accreditation in accordance with Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn policy
