About the Role
The Classroom Teacher delivers engaging, purposeful, and differentiated lessons using approved teaching strategies and high-quality resources aligned with the curriculum. They create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports both academic achievement and student well-being. Through ongoing assessment and timely, constructive feedback, they monitor progress and adapt their teaching to meet the diverse needs of all learners. The teacher maintains accurate and thorough records of student development and works in partnership with colleagues and families to foster strong, supportive relationships.
