St Clare of Assisi Primary School is a Catholic primary school offering education from Kindergarten to Year 6, located in the southern suburbs of Canberra. We take pride in our strong school community, where children, families, and staff are dedicated to achieving excellence every day. 

About the Role   

We are seeking a friendly and organised Office Assistant to join our front office team in a part-time capacity, working two days per week. This role is designed to support both the Finance Manager and the Front Office Manager, with a particular focus on providing assistance on the days when our Finance Manager is not on site. The successful applicant will assist with administrative tasks, basic finance processes, and general front office duties. Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and a willingness to work as part of a collaborative team are essential.
 
This appointment is temporary to replace an employee who is on leave or secondment.

Qualifications  

  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP).
  • First Aid qualification or willingness to obtain.
  • Hold a Cert IV or equivalent relevant experience.
