Salary Range: $92,882 to 141,997 plus superannuation. Salary is determined based on years of teaching service.

About the Role   

The Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the effective operation of the Primary School through the coordination of curriculum, administration, and day-to-day school processes. Working closely with school leaders and teaching staff, this role supports the planning, implementation, and delivery of learning programs while ensuring key administrative functions are managed efficiently. As a central point of contact for staff, students, and families, the Coordinator fosters strong communication, collaboration, and a positive learning environment. This role is ideal for a highly organised and proactive professional who is passionate about supporting student wellbeing, educational excellence, and the smooth running of school operations.

Qualifications and Eligibility 

  • Bachelor of Teaching/Education or Master of Teaching
  • NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) accreditation
  • Accreditation in accordance with Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn policy
