About the Role 

The Coordinator drives innovation in teaching and learning, leading curriculum initiatives and inspiring staff to adopt new approaches. Through coaching and collaboration, they support teacher growth and foster a culture of teamwork, where challenges are met together and success is shared. Above all, the role is student-focused, ensuring every learner is supported, challenged, and empowered to thrive.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching
  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
  • Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration
