About the Role   

The role focuses on delivering evidence‑based literacy and numeracy intervention programs using direct and systematic instruction to support students with identified learning needs. It involves creating a structured, inclusive learning environment, implementing targeted and differentiated strategies, and monitoring student progress through assessment and documentation. The position works collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and leadership to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions, while also contributing to broader school life through supervision duties, professional learning, and whole‑school events.

Qualifications 

  • Certificate III in School Based Education Support
  • ACT Working with Vulnerable People clearance
  • Accreditation in accordance with Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn policy
  • Studying Bachelor of Teaching (Desirable)
