St John Paul II College (JPC) is a Catholic, co-educational secondary school serving families in the north of Canberra. About the Role    

The Learning Diversity Coordinator supports the development of an inclusive school environment where the learning needs of all students are recognised and addressed. This role works closely with school leadership, teachers, and external professionals to coordinate effective support for students with additional or complex learning needs. The Coordinator assists in the development and monitoring of individual learning plans and provides practical advice to staff on differentiated teaching strategies. The role also focuses on guiding our dedicated staff in their professional learning and promotes a school culture that values equity, participation, and respect for all learners.

Qualifications  

  • Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching 
  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) 
  • Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) accreditation
