About Holy Spirit Early Learning Centre

Holy Spirit Early Learning Centre (ELC) aims to provide all children with a learning environment that is play-based, engaging, respectful, and developmentally appropriate. Based on the Australian National Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) curriculum, each child is enabled to begin their journey of being lifelong learners and responsible global citizens. Rated 'Exceeding' against the National Quality Standards, the ELC offers a dedicated preschool program for 4-year-old children prior to entering Primary School. 

About the Role   

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Early Learning Centre (ELC), providing a professional and welcoming first point of contact for families, staff, and visitors. This role involves managing reception duties, coordinating enrolments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting internal communication across the ELC community. The Office Manager is also responsible for a range of administrative and financial tasks, including processing invoices, managing petty cash, and assisting with budget tracking.

Qualifications  

  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP)
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate (Desirable)
