About the Role    

The Welfare Officer is responsible for supporting the wellbeing of students through the delivery of pastoral care services. This role involves implementing and monitoring strategies that promote a positive and inclusive environment across the school community. Additionally, the Welfare Officer will provide direct support to students and accompany them on excursions as required. This position requires a proactive and professional approach to student welfare and community engagement.

Qualifications

  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
  • Completed Certificate IV Youth Work; or
  • Completed Certificate IV Pastoral Care; or
  • Diploma or Bachelor in relevant field
