Salary Range: $154,326 plus superannuation

St Francis Xavier College is a large 7 -12 comprehensive Catholic secondary school which has served the people of Canberra for nearly 50 years. About the Role    

The Year Coordinator plays a vital role in the College and will be committed to the vision of the College ‘Living the truth, leading with courage, learning for life’ and is invested in and will promote the mission of Catholic Education. Year Coordinators provide expert leadership of a year group and utilise current research, evidence and innovative practice in pastoral care and student wellbeing to meet the needs of our learners 7 -12. As a member of the Leadership team, the Coordinator reports to the Assistant Principal and to the Principal in realising the vision and mission of the College.

Qualifications and Eligibility

• Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching 
• ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) clearance
• ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration  
• Accreditation in accordance with Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn policy
