About the Role   

The Administration Officer is a key member of the school’s front office team and is responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operation of the school. The Administration Officer is the first point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors, managing incoming enquiries, maintaining accurate student and school records, supporting enrolment processes, coordinating communication, and assisting with school events and operations. This position is offered as a job share arrangement and requires strong communication and collaboration to ensure continuity and efficiency across shared responsibilities.

Qualifications 

  • NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • First Aid qualification (Or willingness to obtain)
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience.
