About Lumen Christi Catholic College 

Lumen Christi Catholic College is a vibrant co-educational Kindergarten to Year 12 College located in beautiful Pambula Beach on the Far South Coast of New South Wales. About the Role   

The Business Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the school, overseeing a broad range of administrative, financial, and operational functions. This position supports the Principal and leadership team, by providing strategic advice and ensuring compliance with financial regulations, human resource practices, and governance frameworks. This role includes managing budgeting and reporting processes, coordinating capital works and resource allocation, and maintaining strong risk management and operational systems. The Business Manager also leads support staff, promotes a culture of continuous improvement, and ensures that the school’s resources are aligned with its educational goals. As a key liaison with external partners and stakeholders, the Business Manager contributes to a professional, collaborative, and future-focused school environment.

Qualifications

  • NSW Working with Children’s Check (WWCC) registration.
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Tertiary qualification and registration in a relevant field - Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), Charted Accountant (CA), Human Resources (HR) and/or Educational Administration.
