Salary Range: $81,439 to $137,861 full-time equivalent plus superannuation. Salary is determined based on years of teaching service.

About the Role
The Classroom Support Teacher is responsible for fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Through the use of evidence-based teaching strategies and resources, they deliver high-quality education aligned with the curriculum, ensuring all students, including those with additional learning needs, can thrive. This role involves planning and implementing personalised learning programs, conducting regular assessments, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records to monitor student progress. Collaboration is central to this position, requiring effective communication and partnership with colleagues, families, and carers to support student development.
