About the Role
The PE Pathways Coordinator is a member of the Curriculum Leadership Team, responsible for leading and overseeing the design and delivery of a specialised program for students in Years 10 to 12 who are engaged in state or national sporting pathways and aspiring to compete at an elite level beyond school. This role involves managing an individualised curriculum that supports each student’s academic success, athletic development, and training commitments, while aligning with the College’s teaching and learning priorities. The successful applicant will be an energetic and collaborative leader who demonstrates strong pedagogical practice, effective team leadership, and the ability to build connections with external sporting organisations to enhance program outcomes. Expertise in sports science, athlete development, and long-term athlete education within a school setting will be highly regarded.
