Salary Range: $85,694 to $141,638 plus superannuation. Salary is determined based on years of teaching service.

About the Role    

The Classroom Teacher plays a key role in fostering a positive and engaging learning environment where every student can thrive. Working collaboratively with colleagues and school leadership, you will design and deliver effective learning programs, support student wellbeing, maintain high professional standards, and contribute to the achievement of whole-school priorities and goals.
 
This appointment is temporary to replace an employee who is on parental leave. The incumbent is entitled to return earlier to their substantive position in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009.

Qualifications and Eligibility 

  • Bachelor of Education/Teaching or Master of Teaching 
  • ACT Working with Vulnerable People clearance (WWVP)  
  • ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration  
  • Accreditation in accordance with Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn policy
