About the Role 

The Coordinator (Assessment and Data) plays a vital leadership role in fostering a positive culture of challenge and support that drives effective teaching and inspires enthusiastic, independent learners committed to lifelong learning. Working collaboratively, Coordinators build staff capacity by managing performance, facilitating professional development, and providing regular, high-quality feedback. They lead innovation and change initiatives that align with the school’s vision and strategic goals, using diverse management strategies and technologies to organise staff and resources efficiently.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching
  • Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration
  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
