About the Role 

As a Finance Officer, you will have the opportunity to manage the College's accounts receivable function, to ensure accurate processing of invoices, payments, and financial records. You will be responsible for issuing invoices and statements, handling fee-related enquiries, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining accurate communication records. The role also involves liaising with parents and guardians to resolve payment issues, working with debt collection agencies, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. Additionally, the Finance Officer supports financial reporting, budgeting, and administrative functions, contributing to the smooth operation of the College’s Finance, Business, and Administrative teams.

Qualifications 

  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
  • Senior First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain) 
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Accounting and Bookkeeping or higher
