About the Role
The Head of Mission and Community plays a central role in nurtuting shaping the spiritual, liturgical and Catholic life of the College. As a member of the College Leadership Team, the Head of Mission and Community works closely with the Executive Team (Principal, Deputy Principals and Business Manager) and Management Team (House and Studies Coordinators) to strengthen the Catholic identity of the school throuh prayer, litugy, service and faith formation. It is a requirment of this role to be a practising Catholic with a deep understanding of the mission of CECG and a commitment to leading through the lens of the Archdiocesan Leadership Framework -demonstrating vision, values, expertise, integrity and strong relational capacity across both school and system contexts.
