About the Role

The Finance Manager oversees the school’s financial and administrative operations. They manage the school budget, financial accounts, school fee billing, and cash management. They also supervise administrative staff, ensure compliance with purchasing and inventory controls, and support senior staff and committees. The role includes overseeing enrolment processes, maintaining the student database, coordinating ICT infrastructure and policies, and assisting with staff inductions. Their expertise ensures the financial stability and efficient operation of the school.

This appointment is temporary to replace an employee who is on leave or secondment.

Qualifications  

  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) and/or Working with Children’s Check (WWCC) registrations.
  • Relevant Diploma or Cert IV with relevant work experience
  • First Aid Certificate
