Salary Range: $85,694 to $141,638 plus superannuation. Salary is determined based on years of teaching service.

About the Role   

The Humanities Teacher (Sociology, Behavioural Science or Global Politics) delivers engaging, curriculum-aligned learning experiences that develop students’ critical thinking, research and analytical skills. The successful applicant will foster an inclusive learning environment, support student progress through ongoing assessment and feedback, collaborate with colleagues and families, and demonstrate a commitment to professional growth and excellence in teaching.

Qualifications and Eligibility 

  • Bachelor of Teaching/Education or Master of Teaching
  • ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
  • ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration
