About the Role
The Inclusive Education Coordinator (Years 7–9) is accountable to the Assistant Principal Teaching and Learning for leading inclusive education practices across Years 7–9 and, as a member of the Middle Leadership Team, promotes the Catholic ethos and supports the wellbeing of students and staff. The role also works closely with the Assistant Principal Wellbeing to develop, implement, and monitor student safety and wellbeing plans.
As an exemplary educator, the Inclusive Education Coordinator leads and supports teachers in meeting the diverse learning needs of students, ensuring equitable access to high-quality learning opportunities. The Coordinator uses data to inform decision-making, oversees inclusive education programs and resources, and collaborates with staff, families, and external agencies to foster a culture of inclusion, belonging, and student success. Through effective leadership and continuous improvement, the Coordinator contributes to achieving the College’s strategic goals and enhancing outcomes for all learners.
