About the Role
The Office Manager will lead the College's dynamic administration and support staff. This will ideally suit an experienced Office Manager or a senior administration officer with highly developed organisational skills to balance the demands of a multi-tasking position with extraordinary attention to detail and follow through to meet deadlines and commitments. The Office Manager is a member of the Support Staff Management Team, and belongs to a College leadership characterised by vision, strength, and a strategic focus. The role provides primary support to the Business Manager with Business Administration functions, process improvement and assistance with implementation of improved management systems. Being accountable to the Principal, and directly supervised by the Business Manager, a close working relationship is vital with all members of the College Executive and departmental leadership teams.
