About the Role    

The Religious Education Leader is a senior leadership role working alongside the Principal and Leadership Team to provide educational and spiritual direction across the school. As a practising Catholic, you will strengthen the school’s Christ‑centred culture, support teachers in delivering high‑quality Religious Education, and ensure Catholic perspectives are embedded throughout the curriculum. You will lead professional learning, faith formation, and community partnerships to support the mission and wellbeing of staff, students, and families.
 
This appointment is temporary to replace an employee who is on leave or secondment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching 
  • Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration  
  • Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration   
  • Be a practising Catholic, connected to a parish or other worshipping community
  • Must be a qualified Teacher with a minimum of five years’ experience
  • Provide a reference from a current Parish Priest; and 
  • Have completed or be due to complete Accreditation E in accordance with the Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead in Catholic Education, Canberra and Goulburn Policy.
